3. Marketing Partner Relationship

When you click a call-to-action on this Site, you are referred to a Marketing Partner. We may receive compensation when individuals are referred to and engage with our Marketing Partners. We make no warranties about the services, results, fees, or business practices of any Marketing Partner. Your relationship with any Marketing Partner is solely between you and that Partner.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

By submitting your contact information on a Marketing Partner site, you consent to receive marketing communications from that Partner via phone calls, SMS/MMS text messages, email, and other channels — including by automated dialing systems, prerecorded voice messages, and artificial voice — even if your number is on any state or federal Do-Not-Call list. 15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Timeshare Rights Watch regarding the Site, superseding any prior agreements.
